Emissions Control Project
Our team was hired for an industrial engine project which we installed the Altronic EPS 50 System on an Arrow A 42 Engine. Below are some highlights from the project:
- Customer requested a certain location for the display to be mounted and custom bracket were installed.
- Quick and efficient monitoring with a window display at the front of the box.
- The exhaust pipe is custom made to handle the installation of the O2 sensor.
- The hard piped fuel pipe is measured, cut and threaded - once screwed into place, the stepper motor is installed and wired up.
- The catalytic converter had a replacement element made by DCL America.
- Our technicians wired the thermocouples, stepper motor, O2 sensor and power.
